These terms cover use of the Obsidian Assets website and the purchase of digital assets.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Products are digital assets. After payment is confirmed, delivery is shown in your account. Availability can change without notice.

Prices are shown before purchase. Crypto payments must be sent on the network stated at checkout. A payment sent on the wrong network cannot be recovered by us.

Digital goods are delivered as described on the product page. Contact us on Discord if a delivered asset does not match that description.

Do not use the site for unlawful activity, attempt to break the site, or share access to a private client area.

Assets are provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access to third-party platforms.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by third-party platforms, except where the law does not allow that limit.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
